At a one-week workshop with the Viennese design duo Mischer ʼ Traxler, we worked with an industrial felt of 8 mm thickness. The entire workshop group first examined this material’s properties, after which Annik Hodler and I focused on doing additive experiments. It was a great experience to begin the process from a different standpoint than usual and, with our new knowledge of the material, to design products with it.
